Eastcliffe Homeowners Association

The Eastcliffe HOA is governed by Protective Covenants that were initially adopted in the 1974 Articles of Incorporation.  This document includes: Articles of Incorporation; By-Laws; Declaration of Protective Covenants; Amendments; Policy Supplements. They have since been amended several times.  An amendment to the Covenant can only be accomplished by a majority vote of the members.  Access to this document is made by selecting the button below.
