Eastcliffe Subdivision is a covenant controlled community located in Custer County, Colorado. It is 12 miles southeast of the town of Westcliffe, in the beautiful Wet Mountain Valley. Eastcliffe was established in 1974 and consists of 145 lots with 111 individual landowners. In addition to maintaining covenants for the community, it also maintains a fire pond within the boundaries of the subdivision for the purpose of supplying firefighters with water in case of a fire.
